Ins and outs of this site

Find out who I am, what I'm interested about as a web developer, and what my blog contains.
Ins and outs of this site

It's always been a kind of challenge to navigate this ever-changing and intimidating digital ocean without losing one's way, hasn't it? I created this blog to help people find their path. Simply put, this is a place where I share my knowledge and experience on various topics, primarily data-related technologies and web development. Let me show you around.

IT and I

I came to programming to efficiently design and create applications on my own and soon became a full-stack web developer. I studied and worked with many languages: PHP, Typescript, Python, C#, Java ... Over the years, I've come to the conclusion that there is no inherently good or bad language, as long as you use it for its intended purpose, truly master it, adhere to best practices and use battle-tested design patterns. I have a liking for open-source technologies.

As a web developer, you won't progress far without databases. Again, I've explored many of them, from SQLServer to SQLite, including NoSQL options. However, in recent years, I've primarily worked with SQLite, MySQL, Postgres, and MongoDB.

What will you find here?

You'll primarily find hands-on guides and tutorials on various topics; some geared towards beginners, others for intermediate to advanced users; some providing a quick overview, while others offer a deep dive into the subject.

I'll also share my enthusiasm for select online content or events that I recommend you explore or attend.

Additionally, I'll provide links to various online courses I've recorded and occasionally offer discount coupons.

💡
But most importantly, you'll find brief and reliable content here, because we're all eager to discover valuable solutions quickly.
